As time runs away from us, we must choose our path: to hold on tightly to where we are or to take a new journey by loosening our grip to fly into our purpose. For women, it is common to have our purpose become intertwined with those we love and care for and the roles we elect to play. However, deep within, a nagging repetitious thought reminds us there will be a time for our own unique purpose to evolve beyond the “collective”. If Covid-19 and recent events have taught me anything, it is that a never-ending supply of time is not promised to any of us.

….. And so it is, with time, comes wisdom – it is what we hope, and in the best world, indeed it is, what feels certain to be true.

How often have you pondered what you would say to a younger version of yourself back in the day? Lessons learned, back then, would oftentimes “burn”. What would you share as undeniable, now proven truths? How would you get “your” attention to impart the missing wisdom to the younger you?

Women Beyond Breaking is founded on the certainty that strong women are called to share the challenges, strategies, tactics and lessons they have learned to encourage, equip and support other women so that they, too, can be “beyond breaking”. Each of us has a unique journey and story that can reach sister hearts and minds. Is it your time to share?
