I am humbled that I have been providing psychotherapy to a wide variety of clients for a diversity of concerns since 2004. My passion is to guide, empower and provide deep therapeutic support in an environment that is non judgmental yet forward moving for my clients!

My approach to counseling is an integration of cognitive-behavioral, transactional analysis, humanistic, and eclectic therapies and am proud to be able to be an empathic clinician that embraces diversity in my clients. By taking a holistic, multicultural approach to counseling that values wellness and personal empowerment, I strive to create a collaborative client-therapist relationship that assists clients in a deeper understanding of their concerns and how best to manage and resolve their issues for themselves.
