My journey to get where I am today has been one full with twists, sharp turns, and edges, intense emotions, growth, and ultimately led me to fully own and step into my authenticity as a person, and also into my mission.

I was born in Ukraine, and immigrated to the US as a child. My childhood was spent battling how to be accepted and assimilate into the American culture, while also trying to satisfy my parents’ ideas and values which were formed in Eastern European Jewish households. To say that I felt like I didn’t belong anywhere and would never meet the expectations of my parents or the requirements to fit in is an understatement.

I took that same ideology with me to college and to my adulthood. In fact, until I was 30, I felt I was living the life I was required to live and deviating from it would involve even further disappointing my family and potentially society. I learned quite the lesson from that; waking up at 29 feeling like I am an imposter inside my own life and body who didn’t like much about herself, or know how she got there in the first place, was eye-opening.

From that day onward, I decided that things would have to be different and I was determined to endure my own self discovery process and shedding all the things that weren’t me. That was my breaking point, where I really took claim of my own life and happiness and chose to heal myself and my trauma.

After this, I took on the self-transformation process, healed, and found my own calling to be a coach, healer, mentor, friend, and most importantly, an intuitive empathetic soul put on this earth to support people in their own journeys of finding themselves, their gifts, worth, and their own calling.

I am excited and honored to support women in this community to find their own authenticity, voice, worth, and encompassing beauty, and to share all those talents with the world. We need each and every one of you to be, and further become, a woman beyond breaking, into a woman beyond thriving.
